Payment, Refund & Delivery - Terms and Conditions

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by the deadline date (Last date of program registration). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the cancellation date. SAMC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any payment. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the payment and your request is canceled, SAMC will refund the charged amount within 7-10 working days from the date of your payment.

Delivery (Registration Confirmation) will be instant after a successful registration submission on the website. If there is any error on submitting registration requests or payment failure or non-delivery of the confirmation email, we'll look into it and ensure service delivery within 1-5 days.
